Very clean, nice facilities, spacious and excellent value for money. Provision of RO water in sealed 1 ltr glass bottle, with no limit on the number of bottles is very exceptional. Probably, the only hotel to do so not only in India but in other countries also. Breakfast is very nice with wide options.

A new hotel in a good location. Very courteous and pleasant staff, always ready to help. Room is clean with nice furniture and fittings. The General Manager and the assistant manager were always there to help. The restaurant staff were excellent. We used the hotel’s car and driver to visit Puri and Konark.

Amazing aesthetics, courteous front desk, amazing valet parking and house keeping team, lovely view from the rooms, smooth check in process and quite a pleasant experience compared to other hotels in this city. A shout out to Reema, Aishwarya and Kritika from the customer experience team and Avash from house keeping.

Immaculate, staff were attentive, efficient and welcoming. Facilities were sparkling and it was great to have a hot bath after a full on travel itinerary. Evening staff cooked a special meal and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Kritija, Aishwarya and suvasash were superb arranging a day trip for me around the beautiful city no question too small.

The breakfast spread was excellent. What I particularly like about this hotel is that it reopened in late 2023 after an extended period of construction, as mentioned by the staff. Despite this, the service is exceptional—they go above and beyond, always ensuring that there's sufficient water in the room.
